Ingredients:
Dhall - one cup
Murungai ilai (moringa leaf) - one bunch
oil
mustard
curry leaves
red chilli
onion -1 (optional)
For Paste:
coconut - 1 cup
cumin - 1 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tblsp
garlic - 3-4
curry leaves - 10-15
cooked dhall - 1 tblsp
make fine paste of above items, then add 10 nos. of crushed sambar onions and grind coarsely.
preparation:
cook dhall, add moringa leaves and boil. Then add the paste and boil. Finally fry with oil, mustard, curry leaves and red chilli.
